Honey that tastes of linden

In her whole life, one bee makes just a twelfth of a teaspoon of honey. Scroll down and follow her journey.

Nectar becomes honey

The bee decides when it’s ready

She caps each cell with wax only once moisture drops below 20%. We harvest only those sealed combs.

From comb to glass

No heat, no rush

The honey drips from the frame on its own, we just hold the jar. That’s why it keeps the scent of linden from harvest day.

And finally, in the jar

From linden to your table in a single season

Six varieties from apiaries in Poltava, Chernihiv and the Carpathians in Ukraine. We never heat honey above 40 °C and never feed our bees sugar syrup. Jarred by hand on the day you order.

Harvest 2026

Honey colour is measured on the Pfund scale in millimetres. The higher the number, the darker the honey and the deeper its flavour, from clear acacia to almost black buckwheat.

Bloom calendar

When the bees gather nectar for each variety. We move our hives to follow the bloom.

From flower to jar

Six steps, nothing extra

We never pasteurise or pressure-filter our honey, so it keeps the pollen and scent of the field where the bees worked.

An apiary in Poltava since 1998

We started with twelve hives by a linden grove. Today we follow the bloom across four regions, but we still sign every jar by hand.
